We travel directly to Dambulla, visiting the Pinnawala Elephant Orphanage, an active nursery and captive breeding ground for wild elephants, along the way. We will also explore the Dambulla Cave Temple. TWe start our day climbing the spectacular Sigiriya Rock Fortress, an ancient citadel perched high on a massive rock monolith that offers incredible views of the surrounding forests. We take a scenic hike to Little Adam’s Peak, providing a breathtaking backdrop of the Ella Gap.
